But, you need a system that will qualify your leads… Not all leads that come from your marketing efforts are qualified from the get go!
You have to take them through your process to get them to a qualified lead.
Do not discredit a lead that isn’t ready to buy NOW…
They could be ready to buy in 12 months time.

Lead fills out a quick survey where he gets all the information he needs for the first call… Essentially Kev eliminated those bloody questions he asked everyone… You know those questions….🤦
All their information ends up in a new lead stage of their CRM. The lead has already received a thank you email or SMS and a link to book a call to chat about their project.
They book on a day that YOU are available. This gives you the freedom to plan your weeks effectively so you can work ON the business and not always IN the business.
If they book a call, they receive a thank you SMS or email with the time the call is booked for. The call automatically shows in your calendar with all their information ready for the call. Call this the prequalification call.
Your system has already sent a few emails showcasing your work via video before the call. This way, when they get on a call with you, they have already seen your previous work, had good communication with you, and are ready for their call.
All before you speak to them yourself.
Think about it, how many hours has this saved the back-and-forth phone calls, when you could have been doing the work, internal operations or doing tenders…
This is just one of many ways to systematically guide your leads through your customer journey and get them to a preliminary agreement and tender process.
Don’t be that builder who does nothing and wonders why their business isn’t changing.
They get a lead. Miss the call, or take too long to get back to them, or spend way too many hours on the phone asking the same bloody questions.
Do not showcase their work to the public.
Think that marketing is a waste of money
Think that if lead isn’t ready, they can fuck off and stop wasting my time.

Don’t be like them.
Have a system that does all those tasks for you so you can plan your weeks, create a great experience for ALL your customers and potential customers and warm them up so you can close more tenders, get more referrals, grow your reviews, get more qualified leads and make more money…
